the staff was helpful with storing luggage after checkout.

the money was refunded later but it made me uneasy. my room was also very small and there was barely space to open my suitcase. I think it is better for a single person.

convenient location friendly staff complimentary coffee

I found the location convenient, particularly for accessing the main train station. The staff members were friendly and helpful at all times. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee available in the canteen area (it was a lifesaver in the mornings!).

The elevator was quite small, barely fitting two people with luggage. This sometimes caused a bit of a wait during peak hours.

great location convenient location helpful staff friendly staff clean room old carpet musty smell half-eaten chocolates

the location was great near the train and metro stations. this made traveling around the city easy. the staff was also kind and helpful (i really appreciated their local tips). the room was nice and neat.

the carpets seemed a bit old. i think they gave the room a slightly musty smell. there was also a box of complimentary chocolates on the bed, but it was half eaten.

clean room friendly staff room upgrade great location

the hotel had a great location near the train station. i found the room was very clean. the staff were friendly and available. i got offered an upgrade to a larger room, which i thought was very kind.

the room was a bit small, so unpacking luggage was a challenge.

the location was great, very close to transport. the bed was comfortable too. i found the lift useful for moving my luggage. the bath was a nice surprise, i used it every day!
