I found the location convenient, particularly for accessing the main train station. The staff members were friendly and helpful at all times. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee available in the canteen area (it was a lifesaver in the mornings!).

the location was great near the train and metro stations. this made traveling around the city easy. the staff was also kind and helpful (i really appreciated their local tips). the room was super clean and cozy.

the carpets seemed a bit old. i think they gave the room a slightly musty smell. there was also a box of complimentary chocolates on the bed, but it was half eaten.

the room was a bit small, so unpacking luggage was a challenge.
